You retain ownership of any content you create (messages, recipient names). By submitting content, you grant dedic.to a limited license to store and display it solely to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you submit. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
Song previews are provided by Apple's iTunes Search API under their terms of use. dedic.to does not host, distribute, or claim ownership of any music. Song artwork and metadata belong to their respective rights holders.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by emailing dcodeforyou@gmail.com.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, dedic.to and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
